She was predeceased by : her parents, Guadalupe Sanchez and Clemente Sanchez; and her siblings, Thelma Yañez (Benito) and Clemente Jr. Sanchez (Celia) of Pharr. She is survived by : her husband Celestino Bocanegra of Edinburg; and her children, Esmeralda Jarvis (Joseph) of Mission, Marcos Bocanegra (Dolores) of Winchester and Raul Bocanegra (Veronica) of Boerne, Texas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, her sister-in-law, an aunt, and many more family members.
