She was predeceased by: her parents, Servando Saldana and Juanita Saldana; and her siblings, Guadalupe Flores, Nazario Saldana, Antonio Saldana, Amador Saldana and Servando Saldana.
She is survived by: her husband Donaciano "Chano" Silva; her children, Irasema Gonzalez (Leo), Lorena Silva Martinez (Abel), Maria Macarena Carlin (Tom Jr.) and Hernan Silva (Andrea); and her siblings, Elma Gonzalez, Rene Saldana and Juan Saldana. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - San Juan (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church (122 W Hawk Ave, Pharr, TX 78577). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Palm Valley Memorial Gardens (4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577).
