He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Sklar; his mother-in-law Alice Veselka Loeffler; and his brother Bill Robert Sklar. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son Charles Allen; his sister Debbie Sklar King (David); his siblings-in-law, Walt Gibson (Bonnie), Marc Gibson (Marie), Glenda Gibson and Shelia Gibson; his sibling's children, Paula McCoy (Daniel), Allyson Justice (Brian), Jay Gibson, Matt Gibson (Veronica) and Brian Gibson (Jessica); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan, Nolan McCoy, Sophia Gibson and Sarah Gibson.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Riverside Church (3200 N Ben Jordan St, Victoria, TX 77901).
