She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Touchstone and Bertha Owen Touchstone; and her sisters, Georgia DuMond, Margaret Touchstone, Carolyn Walker and Tommie Bronson.
She is survived by: her husband Weldon Low; her brother Jack Touchstone (Luan); her children, Debra Plummer (Lester), Terri Rothrock and Jody Low; and her grandchildren, Shelly Waskom, Laura Perry, Daniel Low and Leslie Steveson. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
