He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingeborg Mariana and Dr. Frederick Willhelm Gebhardt. He is survived by: his wife Anita Gebhardt; his son Christopher Gebhardt; his daughter-in-law Rebecca; his daughter Julie Gebhardt-Smith (Mary Ellen); his son-in-law Jeff; his grandchildren, Claire and Colin; his daughter Mary Ellen Eberly (Meg); his son-in-law Robert; his grandchildren, Katherine and Robert IV; his siblings, Mark, Claudia, Felice and Inga; and his stepmother Gitta.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Custer Road United Methodist Church (6601 Custer Rd, Plano, TX 75023).
