We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2023, at the age of 92, Nita Roberts Stoutjesdyk of Plano, Texas, born in Philadelphia, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Leroy Roberts and Juanita Posey Roberts; her daughter Belinda Green; her grandson Jonathan McCartan; and her siblings, Luther, Eddie, Elizabeth, Hilda and Bernice.
She is survived by: her husband James Stoutjesdyk of Lake; her daughters, Jayd Kosowski (Glen) of New York, Sandra Stoutjesdyk of Queens City and Nancy McCartan (John) of Garden Valley; her son-in-law Mark Green; her siblings, Billy Roberts, Walter Lee Roberts, Norris Roberts, Mary Roberts and Margie Hartman; and her grandchildren, Mikey Kosowski, Dina McGuinness, Gary Green, Anthony Green, Amanda Ashmore, Hannah Brown, Russell Bramblett, Stephanie McCartan, Jimmy McCartan and Tiffine Cooper. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and one on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's association.
