He is survived by: his wife Margaret Folan; his children, Mary "Cathy" Catherine Smith, Jane Theresa Yeatman and Philip Joseph Folan III; his grandchildren, Nicholas Joseph Smith, Emily Jane Bassett, Clementine Augusta Folan, Zane Philip Folan, Skye Echo Folan and River Knight Folan; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Jane Bassett, Amelia Rose Folan, Luke Oliver Rudy Bassett, Leo Francis Richard Bassett and Noah Knight Folan.
