It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jervis Muwwakkil of Plantersville, Texas, born in Navasota, Texas, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Eddie Wheatfall and Louella Valentine Wheatfall; and his children, Carolyn, Derrick, Jamil and Waleed Wheatfall-Muwwakkil.
He is survived by : his siblings, Emmett, Calvin, Alvin, LeeOllie and Herbert Wheatfall; his wife Doris Bradley; and his children, Jervis, Sonni, Khalid, Khadijah, Nefissia, Shanna and Tarik. He is also survived by grandchildren and 25+ great grandchildren, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
