She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Eugene Underwood and Mary Ellen Gwin; her son Michael Joseph Zayac IV; her granddaughter Patience Rae Morgan; her brother Raymond Van Millbaugh; her husband John Michael Zayac II; her children, Carrie Lynn Morgan (Terry) of Poolville, TX, Dr. John Michael Zayac IV (Thomas) of Millbrook, NY, Daniel Eugene Zayac (Lauren) of Twain Harte, CA, Angela Noel Zayac of Florence, KY, Stephen Harrison Zayac (Erica) of San Antonio, TX and David Christopher Zayac (Abbey) of Runaway Bay, TX; her siblings, Terry Lee Scherder, Cindy Ann Hargis (Steve) and Charles Edward Millbaugh Jr. (Linda); her grandchildren, Porscha, Pryce, Micheal, Marissa, Rudie, Ellis, Sadie and Angel; and her great grandchildren, Atlas, Freya, Colby, Wyatt and Mason.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carrie's Home (210 Co Rd 3855, Poolville, TX 76487).
