She was predeceased by : her husband Kermit. She is survived by : her sister Gene Sneed of Weatherford; her children, Barry Smith (Tina) of Gunter, Denise Yankie (Jim) of Poolville and Brian Smith (Paula) of Poolville; her grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Lacey Yankie, Katy Johnson (Dean) and Carly Johnson (Marcus); and her great grandchild Wittley Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Alzheimer's Association at 2630 West Freeway #100, Fort Worth, TX 76102.
