It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Arceneaux (Port Acres, Texas), born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on August 8, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Battaglio; and her brothers, Leon and Thomas Battaglio. She is survived by: her husband Sidney Arceneaux, Sr. of Port Arthur; her children, James Arceneaux (Anita) of Zavalla, Billy Arceneaux (T. J.) of Fannett, Diana Norris (Brian) of Richmond, Kathy Charles (Cary) of Nederland, Peanut Arceneaux (Kim) of Orange and Laura Arceneaux of Zavalla; her grandchildren, Christie King (Jeff) of Atascocita, J. C. Arceneaux (Ashley) of Port Arthur, Joe Arceneaux of Baytown, Justin Norris of Richmond, Jason Norris (Stephanie), Taylor Charles of Nederland, Tracy Taylor (Dustin) of Nederland, Cody Arceneaux (Sara) of Orangefield and Jake Arceneaux of Orange; her great grandchildren, Jasmyne King of Atascocita, Jaydon Arceneaux of Beaumont, C. J. Arceneaux of Orangefield, Ethan Arceneaux of Orangefield and Drake Taylor of Nederland; her brothers, Johnnie Battaglia (V. V.) and Michael Battaglio (Angela); and her sister-in-law Shirly Battaglio. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
