She is survived by : her husband Nook Salge; her children, Carlton Lee and Shirley Jo Mullenax (Jeff); and also, Linda Kay Salge-Dziuk (Larry), Butch and Jimmy Salge (Patty). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
