She was predeceased by: her parents, John David and Theta May Burkhart Watt; and her siblings, John Edgar Watt and Theta Ann Watt Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Roy Pratt; her daughters, Beth Tatum and Kathy Hearn; her grandchildren, Lindsey Koon (Jamie), Matt Tatum (Sarah), Trey Dugger (Demi) and Hayley Mezzano (Nathan); and her great grandchildren, Frankie Koon, Dottie Koon, Toby Koon and Blair Dugger.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Melancon Levingston Funeral Home (2001 Nall St, Port Neches, TX 77651). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at the Memory Gardens Cemetery North Highway. Betty volunteered at the Museum of the Gulf Coast and was a 25 year volunteer for RSVP, serving the Shots Across Texas program, visiting new mothers, stressing the importance of immunizations for babies.
