He was predeceased by : his parents, Dora Eaton, and Edgar Orville Eaton, Sr. of Port Arthur, TX.; and his brother-in-law Eldon Errington (Odey). He is survived by : his son Jason Eaton (Yani); his grandsons, Michael and Allen; his daughter Alicia Eaton; his sister Marie Errington; his nephews, Troy and Colin Errington; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenzie, Reese, Dylan, Colton and Jackson; and also, Krista and Kelly.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church (2006 Nall St, Port Neches, TX 77651). A Mass was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
