Maria Idolina Martinez Aldaiz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2025, at the age of 79, Maria Idolina Martinez Aldaiz (Port Arthur, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregorio Martinez Jr. and Otila Lopez Martinez; and her daughter Maria Isabel Sanchez (Arnoldo Magallon). She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer (Robert Jimenez) and Melanie Holden; her siblings, Dora Martinez (Alfonso), Elisa Martinez, Delia Picacio (Santos), Jaime Martinez and Juan Martinez (Adela); and her grandchildren, Juan Arnoldo Magallon, Marisela Padilla, Miguel Angal Magallon, Daniela Rocha, Ashley Hernandez, Karissa Dykes, Alicia Hernandez, Leila LeFloor, Melina Underwood and Roxanna Strada. She is also survived by thirty-nine great grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, along with a host of other family and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home, Chapel (4841 39th St, Port Arthur, TX 77642). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (3648 S/Sgt. Lucian Adams Drive, 61st St, Port Arthur, TX 77642).
