He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mae Young and Gerald Thornhill. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Thornhill; his children, Michelle Zalar, Robert Wayne Thornhill and Brittany Lentsch; and his sisters, Caroline, Jerry and Eva.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the 1 St Baptist Church (4000 Grant Ave, Groves, TX 77619).
