Fidel Calvillo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fidel Calvillo of Port Isabel, Texas, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Carmen Calvillo and Maria Olivia Godoy Calvillo; his siblings, Monica Ochoa Cisneros, Maria LoBou, Aurora Calvillo Ragusin, Carlos Calvillo and Pedro Calvillo (Pete); and his parents-in-law, Antonio Z. Gonzalez Sr. (Tony) and Casilda Lopez Gonzalez.
He is survived by : his grandchild Stevie; his wife Mavelia Gonzalez Calvillo; his children, Fidel Jesus Calvillo (Shelly) and Marisa Calvillo-Martinez (Steven); his grandchildren, Olivia C. Soliz, Steven A (Stevie) and Joseph M Martinez (Jojo); his sister Alicia Calvillo Martinez; his siblings-in-law, Andy (Rose), Pichie, Alex (Monda), Tutu (Nancy) and Mary Jane (Jesse); his friends, Melanie Martinez, Vicky Garza, Anita Ramirez, Casimiro Martinez Jr. and Emma Ruiz; his grandchild Jojo Martinez; his nephew Robert Ragusin; and his friends, Arnold Martinez, David Garza, Pepe Ramirez and Johnny Ruiz. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be in memory of Fidel Calvillo to Our Lady of Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St. Port Isabel, TX.
