He was predeceased by : his parents, Pablo Alvarado and Felipa Herrera Alvarado; and his siblings, Olga Alvarado, Rosa Alvarado, Juana Alvarado, Sixto Alvarado, Joel Alvarado and Rafael Alvarado.
He is survived by : his wife Guadalupe Norma Alvarado; his children, Imelda Zermeno (Ricardo), Zenaida Gonzalez (Alex) and Jose Ramiro Alvarado, Jr.; his sister Maria Ortiz Alvarado (Rejino); his grandchildren, Devin Angel Alvarado, Alek Ricardo Zermeno, Averie Lorena Colunga and Alanna Lizette Zermeno; and his nephews, Joel Alvarado and Noah Elias Martinez.
