Juanita M. Mata Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita M. Mata of Port Isabel, Texas, born in Edinburg, Texas, who passed away on July 8, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Hipolito Martinez and Delfina Martinez; her husband Francisco Mata; her son Rafael Mata; and her daughter-in-law Virginia Mata.
She is survived by : her children, Frank, Alfredo (Sylvia), Yolanda Causey (Cary), Ernie, Lydia and Armando; and her siblings, Ruben Martinez and Elvira "Nena" Vigil. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
All individuals are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines by socially distancing a minimum space of 6 feet apart and recommend to wear face covers or masks. (May include bandanas or sewn or cloth face coverings).
