We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis Carey of Port Isabel, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by : her husband John B. Carey Jr.; her sons, Michael Frakes and Dennis Frakes; and her stepchildren, John B. Carey III and Leslie Carey. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
