It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Nobles Hoffpauer of Port Isabel, Texas, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her daughter Rebecca (Seales); her son-in-law Paul Seales; and her children, Barbara (Beale), James and Scott. She was also cherished by her children, numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
