He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John T. Rogers and Helen Elizabeth Estill (Bettie); and his wife Claudia Baker Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Ann West (Randy) of San Antonio and Frank Thomas Rogers (Jeannette) of Tampa; the mother of his children Carol Boehl Dunlap; his grandsons, Frank Thomas Rogers, Jr. and Tyler Logan West; and his sister Linda Munro (Jim).
