He was predeceased by : his mother Bennie Goodloe Birdwell. He is survived by : his father Darrell Birdwell (Laverne); his daughters, Maisey, Pearl and Midnight; his wife Betty Birdwell; his children, Ashly Orsak (Michael) and Jacob Birdwell (Marisa Perez); his brother David Birdwell; and his granddaughter Elena Orsak.
