He was predeceased by : his parents, Wenzel Onais and Ione Winnifred Howie Swaim; his wife Shirley May Swaim; his daughter Debra Lynn Swaim Jones; and his siblings, Aileen Winnifred, Wenzel James, Ralph Samuel and Robert Lynn.
He is survived by : his daughter Darla Jo Swaim of Abilene; his son-in-law Darrel Jones of Abilene; and his great grandchildren, Keith Carr (Monica) and Sidney Burkett (Gay). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
