He was predeceased by : his parent Hsin-Mei Chang Chen. He is survived by : his father Hung-Zhi Chen; his wife Chia-Yin Chen; his children, Ian Chen and Irene Chen; and his siblings, Yung-Hwei Chen and Yung-Sheng Chen.
