He is survived by: his wife Sherry Villarreal; his siblings, Debra Collins, Heather Allen (Amos Allen), Melissa Glacken and Mark Glacken; his uncles, Walter Conrad and Raymond Conrad; his siblings-in-law, Belinda McCain (Larry McCain) and Tom Ivey (Laury Ivey); his siblings' children, Alexis Nicole Allen, Lauren Nicole Ivey, Rachel M. McCain, Dusty Vogel, Devin Vogel and Thomas Ivey, III; his great-nieces, Ava McCain-Smith and Violet McCain-Walton; and his great-nephew Hayden Snider. He is also survived by children, they both loved children.
