He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton D. Sheppard and Ada Mae Sheppard. He is survived by: his wife Pat Sheppard; his children, Stacey Arnold of Georgetown and Scott Sheppard (Donna) of Huntsville, Texas.; his grandchildren, Olivia Arnold, Kellen Arnold (Ashley), Spencer Sheppard (Faith Rawls), Tyler Sheppard and Walker Sheppard; and his siblings, Marco Sheppard, Sybil Arnaud, Pat Broussard and Edyth Ramsey.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Melancon Levingston Funeral Home (2001 Nall St, Port Neches, TX 77651). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (101 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
