In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Frances had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Frances may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan Chastain and Johnie Mae Selph Chastain; and her former husband Andrew Zivotosky. She is survived by: her husband Alton Risner; her children, Lisa Winters and Andy Wayne Zivotosky; and her grandsons, Troy Winters and Kirby Leon Winters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pace-Stancil Chapel (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery - Evergreen.
