She was predeceased by : her mother Mary Prochaska (Spicak); her spouse Bernie Wineland; her brothers, Jerry Prochaska Jr. and Richard "Dickie" Prochaska; and her sister-in-law Mary Lynne Cullen Prochaska.

She is survived by : her children, Michele Wineland of Mary, Winters (Drew) and Vicki Adams (Geoff); her grandchildren, Laurel Woodman Lamb (Tom), Kathryn Woodman Hawkins (Jonathan), Matthew, Madeline and Max Adams; her sister Mary Catherine Fuchs (Tucker); her sister-in-law Nancy Wyatt Prochaska; and her nieces and nephews, Dana Prater (Mark), Jerry Fred III, Melissa Caudle (Doug), Chad Prochaska (Connie), Corrie Mattorano (Luke) and Chris Woodard (Lindsey).
