It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David Richard Irving of Portland, Texas, who passed away at the age of 83, on April 3, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Irving and Bobbie Irving; and his siblings, Charles Irving and JoAnn Luckie. He is survived by : his wife Glenda Jean Ruyle; his daughter Beverly Irving Wallace; his son-in-law Michael Wallace; his grandsons, Joshua Wallace (Olivia) and Benjamin Wallace; his daughters, Lisa Brumit (Michael) and Sharon Shedd (Michael); his granddaughter Dona Solis (Matthew); and his nieces and nephews, Christy Williams, Laura Speights, Charles Irving, Jr. and David Cole.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (900 S Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
