He is survived by : his children, Anthony Rodriguez, Lindy Johnson, Angelica Hernandez (Rodney), Missy Merriman (Grant) and Crystal Foody (Mike); his grandchildren, Tristan Barrera (Ashton), Palmer Johnson, Dylan Johnson, Morgan Hernandez, Jude Hernandez, Miller Merriman, Lincoln Foody, Collin Foody, Christian Chloe Rodriguez, Nicolas Rodriguez and Justice Rodriguez; his great grandchild Saffron Barrera; his siblings, Ernesto Rodriguez (Rosa), Enrique Rodriquez (Lydia), Juan Rodriguez, Esther Salinas, Estella Barron and Elva Ramirez (Andy); and his friend Alex Mendoza. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
