He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray West and Opal West; his brother Melvin West; and his cousin Jack Shaw. He is survived by : his wife Wanda; his children, Pam Kirk (Marvin), JB West (Tammy) and Greg West (Holli); his grandchildren, Nick West (Stephanie), Andy Kirk (Jen), Natalie DeBellas (JD), Jessie West, Ashley Pyatte (Trent), Whitney Swinford (Tanner) and Mackenzie Knight (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Dominic, Dallin, Keila, Dani, Trace, Hayes, Knox, Rhett, Slade and Tilden; and also, Dick, Gary and Marijo Shaw.
