He is survived by : his sons, Ronnie L Garvin, Jr. and James Everett Garvin; his wife Martha Garvin; his daughter Rhonda Lukie; his granddaughters, Nicole and Kayla Lukie; his siblings, Jay Garvin (Carol) and Carol Listvan; his niece Dena Martinez (Ted); his nephews, Ronnie Garvin (Lisa) and Chris Parks (Laci); and his extended family, Mike Bates (Cindy) and Keith Bates (Shelly).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Home (604 W Main St, Denison, TX 75020).
