He was predeceased by : his parents, Beryl Foster and Bessie Dickens Foster; and his siblings, Dawn L. Foster, Joan M. Race, Gary Foster and Arthur L. Foster.

He is survived by : his wife Dorothy; his children, Cindy McCorkle (Billy), Melinda Walter (Robert), Stacey Herzog (Terry), Jacqueline L. Sanchez (Andy) and Lowell G. Anderson (Juanice); his brother Wayne Auburn of New York; his grandchildren, Misty Thompson, Jodie Mondragon, Marckie Matthews, Taylor Walter, Justin Anderson, Megan Cancelli and Andy Sanchez; and his siblings-in-law, Olis Eaton (Elsie), Elsie Eaton of Waco, Jean Eaton of Axtell and Phyllis Foster of Savannah. He is also survived by several great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren.

Gifts in lieu of flowers can be made to Community Healthcare of Texas or Fuzzy Friends.
