She was predeceased by : her husband Leeman Cunningham; her grandson Philip Warren Key Cunningham; and her parents, Oles Simons and Effie Simons. She is survived by : her sons, Philip of Blueridge Texas, Bruce of Sulphur Springs and Darren of Princeton, Texas.; her grandchildren, Christopher Willis, Matthew Cunningham, Travis Cunningham, Katherine Holm and John Cunningham; her great grandchildren, Hailey Willis, Conner Willis and Wesson Holm; her siblings, Glenwood, Dalton, Carl, Victor, Lavon, Lou Ann, Barbara, Lanell and Johnny; and also Geneva. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews' and cousins.
