He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lee Boren and Mary Irene Boren (Ford); his wife Tenie Ann Boren; his son David Boren; his siblings, Winfred Boren, Mary Ruth Taylor and Ruby Lee Russell; and his niece Pamela Caldwell.
He is survived by: his brother Grady Milton Boren (Gaylan) of Celina, Texas; his sibling's children, Tommy Russell of Wichita Falls, Bobby Russell of Wichita Falls, Lea Ann Rhodes of McKinney, Scott Boren of St. Paul and Tara Zappe of McKinney, Texas; and his sister-in-law Patricia Boren of McKinney, Texas.
