She is survived by: her children, Amber Blevins and Robert Cole Blevins; her aunts and uncles, Sherry Holloway, Ethel Bowen, Peggy Hoover, Gilbert Holloway and Charles Hoover; and her mother Audrey C. Hoover.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or to a local animal shelter.
