He was predeceased by : his parents, Delmer N. Blue and Lou Ella Johnson Blue; his stepmother Ruthie Mae; and his siblings, Douglas N. Blue and Rosa Marie.
He is survived by : his wife Betsy Louise Blue; his children, Patricia Blue-Casey, Linda St. Romain (David), Brian Blue (Armin), David Blue (Shelley) and Christopher; his grandsons, Rick (Raelyn), Matt, Forrest (Kate), Brian Jr., Garrett and Mason; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Rylie and Kaiden; and his sisters, Kathy, Jerrianne and Betty Ruth.
