She was predeceased by: her parents, J. R. Jones and Dorothy Jones; her son Michael Ellis; her sister Jean Murphy; and her brothers-in-law, Jimmy Stewart and Roy Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Malissa Armstrong (Ace) and Dustin Ellis (Lara); her grandchildren, Michael and Samantha Armstrong; her great grandchild Graham; and her siblings, Judy Stewart, Joann Howard (James) and James "Bud" Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
