He was predeceased by : his parents, Bob McSpadden and Cora Ray Denton McSpadden; his wife Vileta Conklin; and his brother Jimmie Tom. He is survived by : his sons, Mike McSpadden (Allison) of Ft. Worth, Steve McSpadden (Janna) of Quanah and Scott McSpadden (Sharon) of Holiday; his grandsons, Jonathan McSpadden (Bailey), David McSpadden, Mark McSpadden, Christopher McSpadden, Seth McSpadden (Paige) and Sam McSpadden; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Leslie, Kyla and Jayton.

The family suggests memorials be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls or Pease River Cowboy Church.
