He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Gene Rine and Doris Whitfield Rine. He is survived by: his wife Billie Rine of Quanah; his daughters, Dena Faye Creel (John) of Merkel and Nicole Garcia (Ben) of Vernon; his grandchildren, Faith, Gabriel, Nicholas, Abigail, John, Leon and Kai; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Evelynn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Goodlett Cemetery or Goodlett Baptist Church.
