She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ben Cook and Letha Cook (Francis); her husband Peyton Ramey of Quanah; her children, Katie Ramey of Dallas and Donald Ramey (Kim) of Dillon, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Donovan, Mason Ramey and Peyton Ramey.

The family suggests that memorials be made to the Thompson Sawyer Public Library.
