It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joyce Marie Milligan of Quanah, Texas, who passed away at the age of 87, on January 5, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Winfred Askew and Lydia Askew (Pilcher); her spouse Harlon Lee Milligan; her children, Carol McGuire of Quanah, Charlotte Folmar of Quanah, David Milligan of Wetumpka, Alabama and Pam Lambert; and her sister Mattie Lou Askew. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be made to Westview Boys Home.
