He was predeceased by : his parents, Viola Ruth and Thomas David Castleberry, Sr.; his stepmother Jesse Castleberry; his siblings, Rita Castleberry, Sirildia (Castleberry), Ronald Castleberry and Timothy Castleberry; his sons, Jeremy Wayne and Jamie Wade; and his grandson Michael Huston.
He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth; his children, Larry Castleberry Jr. (Kim) of Quanah, Chris Castleberry of Austin, Texas, Alicia Castleberry of Quanah and Holly Gallant (Kenneth) of Quanah; his nephew Josh Smith (Kayla) of Quanah; and his siblings, David Castleberry (Wanda) of Oklahoma City, Roger (Cheri Castleberry) of Amarillo, Texas, Vicky Harris (Phil) of Amarillo and LuanaBrownell of Perkins, Oklahoma. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
