She was predeceased by : her parents, Jeff Jenkins and Oda Stroope Jenkins; her husband C. O. Jones; and her son Leslie Jones. She is survived by : her former life partner Charles O. Jones, Jr.; her children, Tory Beachy (Dan) of Quanah, Delores Gay Smith of Wichita Falls and Jim Jones of New Orleans, Louisiana; her grandsons, Cameron Smith (Erin), Jacob Stark, Craig Jones and Clark Jones; and her great grandchildren, Jolie, Emmie Smith, Seth and Elijah Jones.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Thompson-Sawyer Public Library, 403 W. 3rd St., Quanah, Texas 79252.
