It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell James McLean of Quanah, Texas, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James McLean and Annette Streit McLean; his wife Tiana McLean of Tomball, Texas; his children, Andrew "AJ" McLean (Makayla) of Conroe, Texas and Shelby McLean (Kyler) of Conroe, Texas; and his sister Beth Cook (Lee) of Vernon, Texas..

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (210 W 3rd St, Quanah, TX 79252). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (601 S Main St, Quanah, TX 79252).

The family suggests memorials be made to American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
