It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Sue Akers of Quanah, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Donathan and Naomi Bailey Donathan; her granddaughter Krissa Walser; and her great grandchildren, Leighton and Landrie Mankins.

She is survived by : her husband Randy Akers; and her children, Brian Walser of Wichita Falls, Dorman Walser of Crowell, Jana Roland of Quanah and Randa Betts of Olney. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
