He was predeceased by : his parents, Meryl L. "Jack" Wommack and Margie Louise Wommack (Moore); his son Lee Wayne Wommack Jr.; and his brother James Estes "Bogie" Wommack. He is survived by : his children, Scott Wommack of Queen City, TX and Karen Ream (Ron) of Atlanta, TX; his brothers, Shorty Morgan of Atlanta, TX and Donnie Wommack of Queen City, TX; his grandchildren, Erika Wommack, Travis Ream (Anna) and Ryan Ream (Lizzie); and his close friend Jerry Smith of Queen City, TX. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and dear friends.
