With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ida Karen Partin Carlton of Quinlan, Texas, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Judson Partin and Ila Partin; her former life partner James Irwin Thompson; her husband Richard Lamar Carlton; and her brothers, Jack Partin and David Partin.

She is survived by : her daughter Ila Karen Thompson (Christopher Sciarini) of Fort Myers; her sister Marla Outlaw (David) of Lake Wales; and her grandchildren, Averi Covarrubas, Dylan Ramage, Kristen Marlene Watson, Amanda Sellars, Lauren Faulks and Ryan Sumpter. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
