It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Gene Hightower of Ranger, Texas, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ora Maguire Hightower and Carl Newton Hightower; his sisters, Barbara Hightower Baty and Patsy Hightower Ward; his children, Kimberly Hightower Pell (Greg) and Craig Hightower (Lisa); his grandchildren, Matthew Pell (Hayley Walz) and Kendra Pell Walker (Jeffrey); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Baty, Clyde Ward and Jim Studdert. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as many friends.
